Delivery Information

At Flip Clips, we know you’re excited to receive your order, which is why we begin processing all orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 48–72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: Approximately 1 week
Canada: Approximately 3 weeks or longer
International Orders: Approximately 4 weeks or longer, depending on your country’s postal service and customs processing.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to customs, local postal services, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated as follows:

United States: Flat rate of $8
International Orders: Flat rate of $18
Australia: Flat rate of $25

Tracking Your Order

All orders include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment throughout the delivery process.

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Flip Clips cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost, stolen from mailboxes or P.O. Boxes, or incorrectly delivered by the postal service.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
