Customers within the United States are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be returned in good condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase, requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

International Orders

Due to the nature of international shipping and customs, refunds are not available on international orders.
